Cancellations received prior to April 30, 2009 are entitled to a refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received on or after April 30, 2009 until the day before the conference, are entitled to a refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Paid registrants may substitute another attendee prior to April 30, 2009 at no cost, and for a $25 processing fee from April 30, 2009 up to the day before the conference. No-shows are liable for full tuition.
