2010 Health Literacy Conference Material Download
Instructions
In an effort to go "greener", we have made this year's
conference material available online and on a CD. The CD containing all the
conference material will be distributed at the conference.
This document details the process by which you can log into
the Institute for Healthcare Advancement website and download the conference
material to your computer. The conference material is being provided as
industry standard PDF documents viewable using common and easily obtained
software.
Please print any documentation you will require prior to
arriving at the conference.
PDF documents can be downloaded as single files or in bulk,
as zipped folders or self extracting executable archive. Modern computer
operating systems, such as Windows XP, already include the capability of
extracting zip folder archives.
The conference material has been separated into three
sections and presentations have been posted on the page following the agenda
chronological order.
1. Conference
Information - General conference information such as the schedule, sponsors,
and the evaluation form.
2. General
Session Presentations - Includes all material related to the general sessions.
3. Breakout
Session Presentations - Includes all material related to the individual
breakout sessions.
Most presentation will consist of 2 files. One PDF file
containing all the color slides and another PDF file containing the black and
white slides (3 per page with space for notes) and any handouts the presenter
wishes to distribute.
Once your computer is ready, you may access the material.
