We provide management services for Friends of Family Health Center, a licensed community health center that provides direct healthcare delivery for children, adults and seniors in our community ... Outreach and social services are delivered to the community through our La Habra Family Resource Center, including home visits, insurance assistance, case management, referrals and education.
