About the Friends of Children Health Center... |
At IHA, we help to improve childrens' medical and dental healthcare in our community. IHA created, staffs and supports the Friends of Children Health Center in La Habra, California. Each year, we provide approximately 20,000 medical and 6,000 dental clinic visits to uninsured and underserved boys and girls from birth to the age 18.

The Institute for Healthcare Advancement (IHA), a non-profit, 501(c) (3), foundation, operates the Friends of Children Health Center. IHA also operates the La Habra Family Resource Center. IHA has nationally renowned program in health literacy, including our easy to read self help health What to Do for Health book series and our annual Health Literacy Conference for healthcare professionals. |
