Registration is now open for our Eleventh Annual IHA Health Literacy Conference, "Operational Solutions to Low Health Literacy." The conference will take place May 9-11, 2012. We are adding in special extended, 3-hour preconference skill-building sessions for Wednesday, as well as other programming. Take a look at the brochure and the conference agenda. The conference will once again be held at the Hyatt Regency, Irvine, located near Orange County/John Wayne Airport (SNA). The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the airport.  

Here is some additional information for your budget planning purposes:

• Tuition rates remain the same for 2012--we have never raised our rates since our first conference in 2002.
• Hotel rooms are discounted to $125 per night for attendees. Must mention IHA Health Literacy Conference to get this rate.
• Breakfast and lunch are served both Thursday and Friday, and hors d'oeuvres are served at the Thursday evening reception.

Also, the Call for Poster Abstracts and Call for Health Literacy Award Nominations are now open.
