Registration for the 2009 IHA Health Literacy Conference will open in January 2010. For your planning purposes, here is some information on tuition, hotel rates, and more:

HOTEL RATES

 

All classes, events, and meals are held at the Hyatt Regency Irvine, located near Orange County/John Wayne Airport (SNA). Free hotel shuttle service is available to and from Orange County John Wayne Airport (SNA) by contacting the Hyatt Regency Irvine, (949) 975-1234.

 

IHA has negotiated a special discount rate of $119 per night plus tax, which is valid for 2 days before and after the meeting (good for the nights of May 4 - 9, 2010).  This rate is $20 lower per night than last year! When making your hotel reservations, you must mention IHA Health Literacy Conference to get this discount rate.

 

SHUTTLE INFORMATION

 

If you are flying into Orange County-John Wayne (SNA) airport, see above for information on complimentary shuttle service to/from the Hyatt Regency Irvine. For those flying into an airport other than Orange County/John Wayne (SNA) and who need shuttle service to the Hyatt Regency Irvine, IHA has negotiated a special rate with Prime Time Shuttle. Click on the link below and you will be taken to their online reservation page, and a 10% discounted rate automatically given. One-way trip between LAX and the Hyatt Regency Irvine is $31.50 ($35 minus 10% discount).

The Hyatt Regency Irvine is located a few minutes from Orange County/John Wayne Airport (SNA). The Hyatt Regency Irvine provides complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the airport.
