Cancellations received prior to April 24, 2008 are entitled to a refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received on or after April 24, 2008 until the day before the conference, are entitled to a refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Paid registrants may substitute another attendee prior to April 24, 2008 at no cost, and for a $25 processing fee from April 24, 2008 up to the day before the conference. No-shows are liable for full tuition.
