Senior Week

La Habra Senior Week was created to help seniors of the La Habra area as well as their caregivers. By linking various non-profits, religious affiliations, and businesses, we hope to give seniors the resources they need to age gracefully. Fully supported by organizations such as Institute for healthcare advancement, the La Habra Collaborative, St. Josephs Medical Hospital, and the City of the Habra, we hope to make each year bigger than the last!

Health Literacy Month is a time for organizations and individuals to promote the importance of understandable health information. This annual, worldwide, awareness-raising event has been going strong ever since Helen Osborne founded it in 1999.
