Join us as we safely celebrate the 5th Annual Senior Week. This year we have fun, new ways to celebrate seniors and caregivers. Here is a schedule of events for that week.

Zoom: Train Your Brain

English 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Spanish 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Have you heard that you can “see” family and friends on Zoom? Have you tried this? If so, join us for a fun time from your own home. You’ll learn more about how to use Zoom and other ways to stay connected with others.

We can help you learn how to use Zoom and possibly get a free computer. We will train and practice with you in October. This way you will be ready for the Zoom class during Senior Week! Call Loren Valentine at St. Jude Medical Center for more information: 714- 446-7017.

What is Senior Week?

Senior Week is a celebration of people ages 55 and over, and caregivers. Join us a week of free events that promote health each day during this special week. This is a chance for you to meet other people in your community, learn about ways to stay healthy as you age, and get involved.
